- You can pay the driver in cash at the end of your trip.
- Please ensure you have the correct amount, as drivers may not always carry change.
Online Transfers (UPI/Bank Transfers):
- We accept online transfers via UPI (Unified Payments Interface) and direct bank transfers.
- Details for online transfers will be provided upon booking confirmation.
- This is a very safe and secure method of payment.
Credit/Debit Cards:
- We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
- Card payments can be processed through our secure online payment gateway or through a POS device in the taxi (if available).
Mobile Wallets:
Popular mobile wallets like Paytm and PhonePe are also accepted for payment.
Payment Process:
Booking Confirmation:
Upon confirming your taxi booking, you will receive a confirmation message with details of your trip and payment options.
Payment at the End of Trip (Cash/Card):
- If you choose to pay in cash or by card, you can do so at the end of your trip.
- The driver will provide you with a receipt.
Online Transfer (UPI/Bank):
- If you choose to pay via online transfer, the necessary bank or UPI details will be provided at the time of booking.
- Please take a screenshot of the payment confirmation.
Secure Online Payment Gateway:
If you pay via the website, or a link that is sent to you, then you will be using a secure payment gateway.
Security and Privacy:
- We prioritize the security and privacy of your payment information.
- Our online payment gateway uses industry-standard encryption to protect your card details.
- We do not store your credit/debit card information on our servers.
- All information that you provide is kept private.
Payment Policies:
- Payment is due upon completion of the trip, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- In case of cancellations, our cancellation policy will apply.
- Any tolls, parking fees, or other extra charges will be added to the final fare.
